Terms of Service

The service

InstantEdit Social creates branded social media graphics and captions from the photos and business details you provide, and publishes them to the accounts you connect. You review and approve posts, or let auto-approve publish them for you. We aim to keep the service available and working well, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.

Free trial, plans, and billing

• New accounts start with a free trial of 14 posts. No card is required to begin.
• Paid plans start at $97 per month and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• You can pause or cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not provide prorated refunds for a partial month unless required by law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your plan.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, logos, and information you upload. You grant us the license needed to store your content and to create, schedule, and publish posts for your business across the services you connect. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for making sure your posts follow the rules of the social platforms you publish to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use InstantEdit Social to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harassing.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Break the terms of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any connected platform.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other services we rely on. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions, including if a platform limits or removes a post or account.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any particular results from posting, such as followers, leads, or sales. To the fullest extent allowed by law, InstantEdit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we stop offering the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
